I was sorry to hear of Grandpa’s
passing. He was the only Grandfather I ever knew for so long.
I have very fond memories of him, expecially laying on the bed with him watching the Spanish Bullfights and him smoking those stinky cigars when we lived with him and Grandma in California while dad was in Vietnam.
He will be sadly missed.
Love
His Granddaughter,
Kim Betton

Words always seem so inadequate at times like these. Please know that this letter comes with both Javin and my heart filled love and sympathy on your loss. Although we never had the honor of meeting your father, it is obvious through the stories you told me of him being a Wal-Mart greeter that he was a wonderfully kind and gentle man, he obviously was incredibly special to have managed to raise such a beautiful and caring daughter. Please know that even though we are far away and that you remain in our nightly prayers and you will always remain in our heart. May God mend your heart keep your happy memories strong.
You are in our prayers,
Stefanie and Javin
